As I go about my coaching and partnership work, I notice new ideas, models and concepts that support my learning. Reflecting on my practice is hard but essential.
I then experiment with ideas that arise out of my reflection, like 'learning labs' (above) and try to push my boundaries beyond my comfort zone (where new growth lies) to try out ‘scary’ stuff.
What about you? It's hard to do this on the move and when you're busy.
